We reserve the right to update prices and details at any time without notice. All items are subject to availability. Color accuracy on the website may vary amongst displays and cannot be guaranteed. stageonesports.com and store.stageonesports.com may provide third-party links for users’ additional information, however Radial Sports LLC has no control over the content of third-party sites.
StageOne Custom Sportswear offers pre-order and custom products for purchase on store.stageonesports.com. These styles can be from the custom apparel program and purchased in a Team/Club store or from StageOne retail products.
Custom products deliver approximately 8-12 weeks after the corresponding Team/Club store closes and artwork is approved by club manager(s) depending upon season and order volume. Customers who order these products can expect a delivery time of 9-13 weeks after order placement depending on the duration of the Team/Club store remains open. Once the store closes and the order has been submitted for production all sales are final. In some cases exchanges are possible but are dependent on excess team/club stock. StageOne Custom Sportswear does not stock additional inventory of custom team/club products and does not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.
New and/or limited edition retail items may be offered for pre-order. These items fall under our regular return-exchange terms.
Returns & Exchanges
We sincerely hope you are satisfied with your StageOne Sportswear apparel purchase!
StageOne Sports custom team apparel sales are final and non-returnable/refundable. These items are custom manufactured to exact design and product specifications and additional stock is not available. Please contact your club/team manager for additional information.
However, if you need to return a standard stock item, StageOne accepts returned merchandise in its original, unworn, unwashed condition, with all tags attached and in original packaging within 30 days of your order receipt. If there is a problem, please contact us and we will do our best to fix the issue.
To exchange or return your purchase, please contact us via email to request a Return Authorization at email@example.com. Once an RA has been issued, please return the item with the original invoice.

StageOne Custom Sportswear is not responsible for packages lost during return shipment. Once your return is received, you will be sent an email confirming that your return is being processed. Please allow 2-3 business days after your package arrives for returns to be processed.
StageOne Custom Sportswear products are fully warranted for 12 months (1 year) from the original date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. If a product fails due to manufacturing or materials defects, we will replace or repair it without charge, at our option. This warranty does not include product failures from accidents, misuse, improper care, or normal wear. This policy supersedes all previous warranty policies. Due to the unique process of sublimation we reserve the right to substitute a similar item if necessary. Please note, that while the sublimation process delivers outstanding color, design and individuality inks and fabrics can fade over extended periods and that this is considered normal wear.
For warranty evaluation, please return your product as outlined below. Products found defective will be repaired or replaced, at our discretion, and will be returned to the customer free of charge. Please include your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and a description of the product defect along with a copy of the original sales receipt. State law requires that products accepted for warranty are cleaned and dried.

StageOne may offer the following USPS, Fed Ex and UPS shipping options for customers within the United States (Hawaii and Alaska included). All shipments have associated tracking numbers that will be provided to the customer via email once the order ships.
